breakfast choicesfriendly ladyfaulty radiatorfire safety
the breakfast has a excellent choices and the lady who serve it was very friendly. the room i stayed in was very clean and it have netflix and prime. that make the price good.
the radiator dont work. the owner need do something about the fire safety procedure cause they are in breach of it. the duty manager didnt hear the alarm cause she was sleeping in her home across the road. the security guy cant reach her on the phone.

I found the room very clean and quite acceptable. breakfast offered an excellent choice. i appreciated the prompt response to a small issue. The shortage of toilet rolls was quickly addressed after a phone call. the self check-in system was easy for me to manage and very efficient.

the room was quiet, despite the hotel's location on a main road, quite a bonus. amenities for making tea and coffee were available in the room. there was plenty of tea and coffee supplied too.

the hotel provides a large free car park, and it featured cctv all around, i felt quite safe. self check in and key code entry system means that there are no staff present during the day. the location provides convenient access to the nearby pub.

the breakfast was really nice. the lady cooking it worked very hard and i am grateful she was amazing. the bedroom was very super clean and cozy it provided what i needed.
i got the confirmation for the room number etc the day we left. there were no clear instructions on how to get in and that was stressful. the code for the back door didn't work i found it was frustrating.

The check-in process was really easy to manage. I found it simple to contact customer service with questions prior to arrival. Breakfast included numerous continental choices and fresh options. Breakfast orders were taken in the morning ensuring the food was fresh.
The bathroom fan looked dusty. It hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Marks were visible on some walls. They looked like spillage that hadn't been cleaned.
